We got you! Here’s our run down of things to do this autumn school holiday in Margate and beyond in Thanet and East Kent. 

Looping the Loop workshops

Join a world of magic and mayhem with Looping the Loop's free circus-themed half-term workshops, which will form the start of an community play focused on to the life of legendary showman 'Lord' George Sanger, who brought his circus to Dreamland at the turn of the last century.

Choose from CIRCUS SCREAMERS - a singing workshop with a circus theme, including songs from "The Greatest Showman" - no experience needed. Make animal puppets from recycled materials in the CIRCUS ANIMALS workshop, and learn tricks with hula hoops and spinning plates in CIRCUS SKILLS. Book now to secure your place!

Migratory Madness with Bird Wise East Kent

Witness migratory birds in action with these walks for families and beginner bird watchers. You’ll be given spotter sheets and binoculars so you can watch the birds as they arrive on the coast after completing thousand mile migrations from the Arctic.

Take part in an interactive trail through the museum, picking up clues and discovering museum treasures - at the end you will get a tasty treat.

The Witch of Wildwood

Can you find the Witch of Wildwood? Visit the Wildwood Trust for spooktacular pumpkin carvings, toffee apple hot chocolates and autumnal spiced lattes to accompany your adventure.
